Wish for Our Heroes and Indianapolis Colts punter, Pat McAfee, helped organize a very impactful military homecoming for Veteran’s Day weekend. The family of Sergeant First Class Jeremy Ino got a big surprise when they were brought to the middle of the field at halftime and presented a brand new vehicle purchased by McAfee.

Today we begin a remarkable journey. A journey with 24 riders (cyclists) across the state of Texas all for one purpose. To raise money for Texas heroes in need. Check out wounded warrior Charlie Lemon who has sacrificed so much for his country already. As if riding 500 miles isn’t difficult enough, Charlie is riding 500 miles with his ARMS!!
The event will start in Wichita Falls, TX and riders will complete 100 miles per day, concluding in Corpus Christi on Veteran’s Day. Proceeds benefit Wish For Our Heroes Inc. and Trinity Oaks 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization so please donate by texting AMERICA to 20222. Thank you for your support!

Another football season is here, and we are so thankful for our relationship with the Indianapolis Colts, who’s players have consistently donated their personal tickets so that our Indiana troops could help root on the Colts!

After much success at the Indianapolis 500, The HERO ZONE is back, and better than ever for the Brickyard 400! The HERO ZONE is an obstacle course for children, designed for them to negotiate the same obstacles that our troops negotiate.
Wish for Our Heroes has been operating at an incredible pace since it started 3 years ago, but this weekend, the Noblesville charity will be traveling at speeds up to almost 200 mph, when it is featured on ML Motorsports #70 car during the NASCAR Nationwide race at this year’s Kroger Super Weekend.
Saturday night we were honored to be the beneficiary of the HUMOR for HEROES comedy night at John T. Floore Country Store in San Antonio, TX. Among the many laughs, were also reminders of the sacrifices our military members make for the rest of us to be free.
