Country star Collin Raye joined W4OH at the Fort Bragg Fisher House today, visiting with troops and granting a very special wish to the Rudd family. The Rudd's 15-month old son has down’s syndrome and W4OH purchased an oximeter for the family to monitor his breathing when Tricare wouldn't cover it. SEE THE PHOTOS HERE
