President and Founder of Wish For Our Heroes Inc., Jeff Wells, was honored today by being chosen as an “Anthem Angel” by Anthem Insurance and the Indianapolis Colts. The two organizations have teamed up to honor everyday heroes who are making a difference in the Indianapolis community. Jeff started W4OH 3 years ago, with the hope of assisting as many military members as possible. He has grown the organization to what it is today, and has had a fantastic team of volunteers assist in granting over 1,235 wishes to our troops. Like most of the men and women who serve our country, Jeff does not see himself as a hero; however, Jeff truly exemplifies all aspects of an American hero. Congratulations on becoming an Anthem Angel, Jeff! -And thank you for starting such a wonderful organization!
