Nick has bravely served in the Navy for over 8 years and he is currently stationed in Norfolk, VA. As Nick and his family were in the process of moving to their new city, his pregnant wife discovered there was a complication that required her to be on strict bed rest.
In-between homes and unable to unpack their belongings until the current tenants of their new home vacated, they needed a furnished place to stay.

Our Wish
To help Nick, his 5-year-old son and expecting wife, Wish for Our Heroes secured housing for the family until their new home was ready to move into. This provided Nick’s wife the support needed to adhere to her medical plan and a safe space for their young son during the transition.
Thanks to the support of our generous donors, we were able to cover the cost of housing totaling $2,476 and help ease the burden of a military family during a time of need.
