Erich Orrick is a disabled and retired US Army veteran. Originally from Indianapolis, Erich spent 21 years in the Army, deploying to Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Somalia, and Iraq. In his career, Erich was stationed with the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood Texas for 3 years, 6 years in Mannheim Germany with the 3rd COSCOM, 4 years as a US Army Recruiter/station Commander with the USARB Columbus Ohio, and 4 years in the 3rd US Infantry, “The Old Guard”. Erich finished his career with the 205th Infantry Brigade as the Brigade Plans NCOIC and is currently living in Indianapolis Indiana.
His military honors include the Bronze Star medal and the Purple Heart along with several Badges and lesser awards. Erich will be receive a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in August of 2012 and currently works as a Department of the Army Civilian at Camp Atterbury, Indiana.
Erich is a member of the American legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars posts in Beech Grove Indiana where he is an active member of the Color Guard, helping his Grandfather who is the 276 Post Commander and the 11th District Vice Commander.

Upon meeting Jeff, he decided he would help champion the needs of the typical “Joe” in the military who gets the least amount of praise, pay and often needs the most to make ends meet.
