DESCRIPTION:What: Indy Vet Fest-Indianapolis’ inaugural celebration to honor our Hoosier Veterans and Active Duty military. Please join us for a family-friendly celebration includes a live concert\, food trucks\, beer garden\, special guests and activities for the whole family. We’ll be supporting our troops\, but most importantly\, honoring our Heroes and granting wishes for local military families who are struggling financially. This is your opportunity to help raise money to assist Indiana military members and their families this holiday season. 100% of donations will stay in Indiana\, to assist with basic necessities: food\, shelter\, child needs\, medical expenses\, transportation\, etc. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWho: You and your family; hosted by Wish for Our Heroes\, and featuring the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee and Lynyrd Skynyrd Band drummer Artimus Pyle and the Artimus Pyle Band; former Colt’s punter Pat McAfee; CBS4 on-air personalities; Indianapolis Colts personalities; local celebrities; some of our Hoosier Heroes; and so much more. \nWhen: Saturday\, 10 November\, immediately following the downtown Veterans Day Parade (V.I.P Reception photos and meet and greet before the show starts). Approx. 2pm to 5pm \nWhere: American Legion Mall\, 770 N. Pennsylvania Ave.\, lndianapolis\, IN. 46202 \nWhy:  To have a great time while showing support for our troops and helping to raise money to assist local Indiana military members who are struggling financially (food\, shelter\, transportation\, child needs\, medical expenses\, etc). \nEntertainment: One of the finest tributes to southern rock royalty by the Artimus Pyle Band (for more info visit: www.artimuspyleband.com)\, VIP Reception festive music played by a local ensemble and event DJ services provided by Andre’a Simms of Divine Sound & Lighting.
